Legal fee for the services provided by the Chamber - based on the permanent co-operation agreement - is usually determined in the form of the lump
sum monthly fee or based on the number of hours of working for a given customer.
Separate principles of determining the remuneration for the Chamber's work apply in case of incidental legal service,
among others in cases connected with the representation of the lawsuit, issuing a one-time legal opinion, or information memo.
To each remuneration, the Chamber adds VAT in a due amount in line with the binding legal regulation.
